For three nights only over Easter Weekend, 29-31 March 2024, HighLight: Carnival of Lights transforms Brewtown and Upper Hutt Central into a vibrant carnival atmosphere that takes you on an immersive journey.

Come one and come all to experience the colour and magic that will take over Brewtown and Upper Hutt. This event delivers a laboratory for performers, artists and technicians to innovate and grow through mutually beneficial creative collaborations with business, community and the arts and performance sector.
